Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iziTn (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The information you provide when registering (or via Google sign-in) must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or abusively.

• New accounts start with 8 free credits. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Credits are purchased by sending crypto to the address shown at checkout and submitting the transaction hash for on-chain verification.
• Credits are added to your balance once the transaction is verified, and do not expire.
• Because crypto payments are irreversible on-chain, credits are non-refundable once verified. If a payment fails verification, contact us and we will investigate.
• We may change package pricing at any time; the price shown at the time you pay is the price you are charged.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to submit tracking numbers you do not have a legitimate reason to look up.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or authentication.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or programmatically abuse the Service outside of documented API use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section.

Tracking results come from UPS and FedEx's own APIs. iziTn does not control, and is not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of data returned by those carriers, or for delivery delays, lost packages, or other carrier-side issues.

The Service and its original content, features, and design are owned by iziTn and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. UPS, FedEx, and Google are trademarks of their respective owners; iziTn is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that carrier data will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iziTn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent or abusive use, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which iziTn operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
